The owner provided very detailed and helpful information regarding the house, the Orlando area and the Disney parks before we arrived. The house was very clean and tidy and all the rooms were as described. The furniture and beds were comfortable and roomy. Certain switches about the house were well labelled. We had access to the laundry facilities and additional towels, which we were able to gratefully take advantage of. The security system was clear and easy to set. The lanai had lots of seating and the pool was well maintained. The heater for the spa stopped working after a power outage, but as soon as we contacted the owner, it was fixed promptly. Likewise, when we ran out of dishwashing pods, the owner had a supply delivered via Amazon the next day. The clubhouse staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed visiting there on occasion. This house is beautiful! I absolutely love that there are 4 master suites and the main master suite being on the ground floor with an entrance to the pool. Perfect for multiple adults. There are also two twin rooms which the kids love. I also want to point out that every room has its own television. The owner (Mr Beck) communicates with you and gives you info about local places that are inexpensive. The pool is great as is the hot tub. The location is beautiful with sidewalks which are great who want that daily walk. This is my favorite house that I've stayed at and we've stayed at a few. Now we have our home away from home.

This is the second time my family and I have rented this lovely home and will do so again. At one time there were 12 of us, all adults, and nobody felt cramped. The covered lanai around the beautiful pool is so large we could all eat our meals outside and be together. Our owner is exceptionally helpful with advice on nearby restaurants and places to go. This home is clean and very well maintained and the neighbourhood is one of the quietest we have ever stayed in. If Disney is your destination you are only 10 minutes away, and it so nice to come back after a day in the parks to a lovely pool and hot tub for those tired bodies. The kitchen is very well equipped with updated appliances and a very generous amount of supplies. That alone made feeding 12 adults extremely easy. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and it was so nice that four of the large bedrooms also had their own private baths. Our owner couldn’t have done more to make our stay most enjoyable and I would highly recommend renting this beautiful home.

We took our 4 kids and their kids to Orlando and this was the perfect location for what we wanted. We were looking for something where we could relax at the facility grounds in a nice pool, be able to do some physical activities (volleyball, tennis) and have an all round relaxing time. And still be close to Disney and Universal. We loved this location. As well, it was very clean and had everything we could ever need available to us. We loved it.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our extended family if 12! We took a year to plan a Disney trip for our 3 children, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. This house allowed each couple to have their own quiet space including a private bedroom and bathroom. Having our own pool was key and we spent hours enjoying the pool and hot tub. Being so close to Disney, but paying half the price, was such a bonus, and having a home where we could prepare our meals saved us so much money. After the kids went to bed, the adults could play cards and relax together, something we wouldn’t have been able to do in 4 hotel style rooms. Our host was very responsive to emails and texts and very helpful with answers to our many questions. We spent 3 days at Disney Parks, 1 day at a character breakfast and then Disney Springs, and one day at Island H2O water park (highly recommend…. Very close to the house and cheaper than Disney water parks). Our last day we stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool, did laundry so we weren’t going home with all dirty clothes, and just relaxed. Do not hesitate if you’re thinking about renting this place! It’s just great!

My full family along with some friends all stayed in the house. At one point there were a total of 12 people staying in the house and it was extremely comfortable. No one got In each other’s way and we still had room for family dinners and to hang out. We kept finding different f things we forgot at home that the house had available to us. We were only a few minutes from Disney and Universal Studios which were the main reason for traveling to the area. There were restaurants and grocery stores nearby for convenience. The owner was very quick to respond if we had an issue arise during our stay. We absolutely loved the house!

I had booked this rental 10 months in advance. Paid promptly, and received all the information promised and so much more! John is an attentive, welcoming, and helpful owner that is very appreciated. The house was as advertised and more! We had multi family week long trip, and bc of the accommodations it was better than a Disney resort. We were able to wake up and spend time together, have our own beds and bathrooms. We were at capacity plus two infants, and there was plenty of room! Thank you for making our Four day Disney extravaganza even more magical. I honestly cannot say enough about how spoiled you feel staying here. With the two infants we would leave the park drop off someone at the house and go back to the parks without inconvenience because it is so close.

Our recent stay was the second time we booked John's incredible vacation home. We were pleased to see so many upgrades in the home since our last stay. Everything in the house was in perfect working order and very well maintained. The adults enjoyed the privacy of king suites with attached bathrooms and the kids enjoyed the themed twin bedrooms, along with their own private swimming pool! The house is close to the parks, restaurants, and shopping, making it the perfect base for any Disney vacation. John is a fantastic owner. He is very helpful and attentive -- providing detailed information about the home and the general area prior to your visit. He even called shortly after our check in time to make sure everything was satisfactory in the house. We had an awesome stay at this house. Everything is just like the pictures if not more beautiful. If you want to stay in and cook everything is there - if you want to go out - tons of options close by. The owner John called the night of our arrival and went over several things in the house to make sure we got the most out of our stay. The pool and hot tub area are divine! Emerald Isle is a nice gated community - if you’re planning a trip to Florida- don’t sleep on this one!!! Definitely worth the money to stay here and have all the comforts of home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle and all 12 of us were in complete of the best vacations ever.We all slept well in our comfy beds...even a crib for the baby. We cooked in several evenings and the supply of kitchen pots, pans, dishes, etc. was more then adequate. Owner was very responsive to any issues or questions. Nice quiet gated community.The location to Disney World was perfect. Super close and we had one family member drop us convenient. We also loved the Springs in the area...beautiful. This is our 2nd time staying in this home. The owner fully upgraded all TV's, family room furniture, and kitchen appliances. Everything is geared for comfort and togetherness. The pool is pristine and heated for cold nights and the hot tub gets really hot. Everything you need for children, toddlers, teens, and adults is there. Strollers, cribs, a playpen, even a bassinet was there. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and silverware for large parties. The beds are very comfortable and no need for extra pillows because there are plenty there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will book with this owner again.

Our goal on selecting this property was finding a location close to Disney World that would accommodate a large group. This property met that requirement.The house is very well maintained and very well laid out. Plenty of room, lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. It was cold so the pool could not be used. Turned out not to be important because we had no time to use the pool. The subdivision is beautiful.Overall rating was excellent. Well deserved.

This home was just perfect for my family to getaway for the weekend. All of the bedrooms were spacious and modernly decorated. The mattresses were prefect and comfortable. The ensuites gave everyone just enough privacy and allowed everyone to get ready at the same time. The pool and jacuzzi was the highlight of the house for our family. We very much enjoyed a swim at midnight under the stars in the red, white and blue pool lights. Convient to shopping Margaritaville H20 and Disney are right around the corner.

My family of 11 stayed here for 3 weeks in July and absolutely loved it. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed for our extended stay. The pool is gorgeous and the Lanai is ideal for a day outside. The kitchen has every thing you need, the living room is comfortable. I have two small children and the house had a high chair, crib, strollers, and bouncer for the baby which was a HUGE plus. I really can’t say enough great things about this house. We enjoyed a great week at John’s Diamond on the Island. The home was exactly as promised. Everything was neat and clean and there was ample space for our group. We loved playing games and eating dinner in the lanai. The pool was refreshing. Since the air temperature was 90, we never needed to heat the pool. The spa heated up quickly, and since Disney closed, John graciously offered us unlimited spa time. We will definitely be back if it’s available.

Highly recommend renting this house. John, the owner goes out of his way to make sure you have all the comforts of home. The pool, hot tub and deck are one of the nicest you will find. He even suggested we bring a lunch with us which turned out to be a wonderful idea. No waiting in line with 9 small children. Close to shopping centers and local attractions. This home is the perfect destination for a family Disney vacation or just some rest and relaxation and I can’t wait to go back again!John, the owner was quick to respond to my request and provided a great deal of information not only about the house but also things to do in the area. This home was perfect, with lots of room for a large family or a couple of families. The open layout is great, the décor is comfortable and charming and the location is amazing! The house also has state of the art security, lighting and temperature control systems. The Lanai stretches the length of the entire house and was great for morning and evening meals as well as watching the grandkids play in the pool after a long day at the parks. The Spa Jacuzzi was blissful for the adults! The four Master Suites with adjoining ensuites was a very nice touch along with Disney themed rooms for the kids. This house had everything I was hoping to have for our first family vacation to Orlando. Every night after the parks, the hot tub was where I relaxed. Everything was so clean stocked with every kitchen amenity we would need for the week. My biggest regret was there was only 7 of us to enjoy the massive space! First of all the location of the house was great! We had every store we need at no more than a 10 min drive!!! John, the owner, is a wonderful owner and host. He is extremely quick to respond and ready to resolve any problems that arise. I have stayed in so many properties and have never experienced such a feeling of concern that everything be right. The house is huge. We had rooms we never used. The description of the house was spot on!! Everything was exactly as described. We choose this house because it had the room we needed to house 14 family members on our trip to Disney. The house is less than 4 miles away from Disney and the location was convenient to everything. The house was amazing and very accommodating for our large group. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! We travel to Florida every May for a cheerleading competition with my family and another family. Although we have stayed in the same development in years past, we were lucky enough the find the diamond on the island this year and we know where we will be staying going forward. The communication with John (the owner of the property) was excellent, so I knew before we even arrived that this was going to be a top notch experience and we were not disappointed! The home is BEAUTIFUL! The furnishings are up to date, clean, and comfortable. The area is PERFECT for a Disney adventure or any other local event. The back porch is perfect and I noticed it had a much higher level of privacy compared to surrounding homes due to the strategic landscaping which I really enjoyed during morning coffee. I can't say enough about not only the property but the home owner, he made it simple and easy with no worry and complete confidence! If you are considering this property for your stay there is no need to second guess your decision....call John, book, and sit back and relax knowing that everything will be just as promised!

We had a group of 12 coming down, this property proved to be a FANTASTIC spot for all of us. The property was big enough for all, clean and everything was as promised and indicated before we got down there. The property is in a nice gated community and provided a pool for us to hangout at before we could check in and could stay at later into the day on check out.The location was perfect for hitting all the Disney properties, as everything was a 10-20 minute drive depending on traffic/time of day.We would definitely be interested in staying at this property again if and when we head back down to Disney/Orlando area!Owner was great to work with, no issues!

First of all, the owner was great to deal with, very outgoing and excellent on communication. The house is definitely a 5-star rank!! 6 bedrooms of which 4 are King master bedrooms!!! All of the furnishings are up to date and have a nice rich flair to them. There was plenty more room than we needed in the house. The pool and spa were great to relax in after a round or two of golf. The house also offers some nice features such as automatic lighting at night - walk into the kitchen and the lights come on - walk out and they go off. Same with the rear patio. There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. Also the kitchen was stocked with more than enough silverware, pots & pans, plates & cups. And finally, the community is a private gated community with 24-hour security. Take the 5 minutes to get a key card from the office and save yourself time later. This is the best!!!!!

We rented this property instead of a hotel stay. This was by far the best value for this area. The house is perfect for what we needed. We used this ad a place for business meetings and on the downtime plenty of private space for each individual. I would highly recommend this. Owner was very good to work with as well.
